Last updated October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Holladay Kitchen Co. ("Holladay Kitchen Co.", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website or submit a request through it. Holladay Kitchen Co. is a kitchen remodeling planning resource and matching service. We are not a contractor.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site, we collect:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address
- the kitchen problem you select (for example, layout, storage or lighting)
- the page the form was submitted from (the "page source"), so we know which topic you were reading about
Please don't include sensitive information, such as financial account numbers, in any form or message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its analytics tools receive technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site. See "Analytics and cookies" below.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your kitchen remodeling request, which means sharing it with an independent local kitchen remodeling professional who can contact you about your project. We also use it to keep a record of requests, to prevent spam and abuse, and to understand which pages and guides are useful so we can improve the site.
How we share your information
With a local kitchen remodeling professional. When you submit a request, we share your details with an independent local kitchen remodeling professional so they can respond to your request. That professional is a separate business. Once they receive your information, their own privacy practices apply to how they use it.
With our form processor. Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service that delivers submissions by email. A copy of each submission is sent to the site operator, who manages this website. FormSubmit handles the data under its own terms and privacy practices.
With analytics providers. We use Google Analytics 4, described below.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Holladay Kitchen Co., site visitors or others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and how long visits last. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, and Google processes it under its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or use Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site will still work if you do.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, keep business records and meet legal obligations, and then delete them. Copies held by the kitchen remodeling professional you were connected with are kept under that professional's own practices. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics.
Your choices
- Don't submit a form. You can read every guide on this site without giving us any personal information.
- Ask for access or deletion. You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by reaching us through the contact page. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
- Contact the professional directly. If a kitchen remodeling professional has contacted you, you can ask them directly to stop contacting you or to delete your information.
- Limit cookies. Use your browser settings or the opt-out add-on described above.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No website, email system or form service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
Our guides link to outside sources such as government agencies, standards bodies and research publishers. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we're not responsible for them.
Your rights under applicable law
Depending on where you live, including under Utah law, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. We will respond to requests as required by the laws that apply to us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
